It is currently known as HB0104, and can be read online currently.
Basically, the bill would negate federal laws on gun control in the state of Wyoming, in addition to some other very interesting ideas.
Any federal agent attempting to enforce the legislation will be guilty of a felony and will be sentenced to no less than one year and a day to no more than five years, and/or a fine of $5000.
It also allows for the attorney general to defend any citizen of Wyoming against federal prosecution for breaking any of the new federal firearms laws.
From the bill:
(d) Any federal law, rule, regulation or order
created or effective on or after January 1, 2013 shall be
unenforceable within the borders of Wyoming if the law,
rule, regulation or order attempts to:
(i) Ban or restrict ownership of a semi8
automatic firearm or any magazine of a firearm; or
(ii) Require any firearm, magazine or other
firearm accessory to be registered in any manner.
I personally am interested in the outcome of this. Will it pass? Will it fail? Will it pass with amendments?
Either way, well done Wyoming for HB0104.
